The family of BSF jawan who alleged that poor quality food is served to troops comes in support of their son. Rubbishing BSF’s allegations about jawan Tej Bahadur Yadav's previous records of indiscipline and intoxication, his mother said, “He has problems related to food. He raised the issue for fellow soldiers. No mistake of my son.”
Tej Bahadur through a series of videos on social media had depicted the condition of BSF Jawans, mainly about the kind of food they are getting after their duty.
In the video, Yadav, who is deployed along the Indo-Pakistan border in Jammu and Kashmir, had alleged that troops are served bad quality food and even have to go "empty stomach" at times, prompting the border guarding force to initiate an inquiry.
